Last Tuesday: Alton Sterling was fatally shot by police in Baton Rouge, LA. Wednesday: Philando Castile was shot and killed by an officer in a St. Paul, MN suburb. Thursday: five police officers were killed by a sniper following a peaceful demonstration for Alton and Philando in downtown Dallas. Acts like these are not new. Over 500 people nationwide have been shot by police in 2016 alone.
